I would welcome a news headline or something like this on http://genj.sourceforge.net. With this feature site users are quickly up to date (program version, translations, ...).

I simply added a NEWS bullet to the intro page for now

just in case someone stumbles across the main page and didn't know it yet

Ah, great. One last comment: 3rd line says "Genealogy 2.2" instead of "GenealogyJ 2.2"
