Happy new 2012

Postby nmeier » Sat Jan 07, 2012 17:29:50

Hi guys

I'm still around - had a lovely arrival, my daughter, on the 1st of December - life is good :)

On the GenJ side things have stalled as you noticed - there are some folks moving a couple of bits here and there. I've uploaded the latest rev to the unstable publishing folder. That's all I can offer atm.

Cheers and good luck to you all in 2012

Life is phantastic! Congratulations on the birth of your daughter!

Hmm. My Family Research has been nearly on halt since the birth of my first daughter in 2008 and hasn't sped up with my second daughter arriving in 2010... :D Babies are not the best prerequisite for programming a tool like GenJ either...

Nils

Also good luck from me for Your family, especially the little daughter.

And @Ralf: I can really understand that daughters and sons suspend family research for a long time.
But in my case granddaughters and grandsons immediately boosted my research :)

Congratulations Nils!

Agree on the issue that children stalls the reasearch (and development) completely. The comming arrival of my first son made me want to do some reseach and then when he started to move around and later when we had another daughter as well all "free" time dissapeared completely.

Have a nice 2012!
